Randy Cullen
NMLS #326128 Randy joined Kate in the mortgage business in March of 1993 as an Account Representative for the wholesale division of Waterfield Mortgage. With a background in accounting and computer science, Randy quickly moved to assisting Kate with the daily operations of her branch office. In June of 1997 Waterfield discontinued operations in Minnesota and the branch joined Summit Mortgage Corporation. In 1998, Randy became a full partner in the Net Branch Operation and today shares senior partnership responsibilities for the branch and also their mortgage practice. Randy shares Kate’s passion for work force housing and served as Co-Chair of the Governor's Emerging Market Homeownership Initiative. Nancy Healy NMLS #326816 An extensive marketing and management background made Nancy an ideal recruit to the team in 2005. She coordinates the completion of origination agreements and training of guidelines for over 25 neighborhood, city, county, state and federal work force housing programs.
