Kate has been active in the mortgage industry for over 23 years. She served on the Board of Directors of the Mortgage Bankers’ Association and is a Past President of the Mortgage Association of Minnesota. She also spent 7 years as a business and life coach with Building Champions, Inc. where she coached some of the top producing loan originators and managers in the country.

Kate is a huge advocate for affordable housing and The Mortgage Bankers’ Association of America recognized her for her work in this area. The Kate Wilson Mortgage Team has been the recipient of numerous awards from the State of Minnesota for their top leadership in affordable and sustainable home ownership.

Kate devotes a large portion of her time to training and has both written and conducted courses for originators, processors, underwriters, sales managers, and Realtors. Her passion is helping individuals and families prepare for and achieve safe, sustainable home ownership.


Nancy
  Randy Cullen   NMLS #326128
Randy joined Kate in the mortgage business in March of 1993 as an Account Representative for the wholesale division of Waterfield Mortgage. With a background in accounting and computer science, Randy quickly moved to assisting Kate with the daily operations of her branch office.

In June of 1997 Waterfield discontinued operations in Minnesota and the branch joined Summit Mortgage Corporation. In 1998, Randy became a full partner in the Net Branch Operation and today shares senior partnership responsibilities for the branch and also their mortgage practice.

Randy shares Kate’s passion for work force housing and served as Co-Chair of the Governor's Emerging Market Homeownership Initiative. He also served as a board member of the national non-profit trade organization, Lenders Who Care (www.lenderswhocare.org)


Nancy
  Nancy Healy   NMLS #326816
An extensive marketing and management background made Nancy an ideal recruit to the team in 2005. She coordinates the completion of origination agreements and training of guidelines for over 25 neighborhood, city, county, state and federal work force housing programs. She interfaces with over 30 Non-Profit agencies on a monthly basis to insure that we remain the market leader in providing layered financial assistance packages for first time home buyers. The complexity of these programs requires superior attention to detail and Nancy is the absolute Minnesota Guru of Affordable Lending Products.

She teaches Minnesota Home Ownership Center sponsored Home Stretch classes to hundreds of individuals and couples each year in the greater Metro area.
